Beat

I cover the layer that never appears on a comparison table. Not which sportsbook is best, which is mostly a question about odds and offers that plenty of people answer. What happens to your money between your wallet and a betting balance, and back again.

Three places a transfer can wait, and almost every complaint about a slow crypto payout is a complaint about the wrong one. The sending platform's internal queue. The network's own confirmation requirement. The receiving cashier's rule about when a confirmed transaction counts as credited. Those are three different facts with three different owners, and a page that runs them together cannot help you.

I name the token standard beside the coin every time, because that is the field people get wrong and it costs them the deposit. TRC-20 and ERC-20 are not two spellings of USDT. They are two networks.

How I got here

Four years on a crypto exchange's withdrawal desk, which is a polite way of saying I read support tickets about money that had not arrived yet. Most of them were the same ticket. Someone sent USDT on the wrong chain, or sent Bitcoin during a fee spike with the fee set too low, or watched a transaction confirm on a block explorer and then asked why the balance still showed zero. Three different problems, one feeling.

What that desk taught me is that the blockchain is rarely the slow part. A Litecoin block lands every two and a half minutes. What takes the time is a platform deciding it wants six of them before it calls your money yours, and nothing on the chain tells you what that number is.

What I will not write

Independence

This site earns commission from some operators. I do not see commercial terms before writing, and no operator has ever moved in a ranking because of them. The criteria are published in full in how we rate, weightings included, so you can check the order against the reasoning instead of trusting it.
