Editorial contact
One address, read by the people who write the pages: editorial@swibl-baseball.org. Include the page URL and the operator name and you will get a faster answer.
What to write to us about
- A figure that is wrong or out of date. This is the most useful message we get. Sports bonus percentages, turnover multiples, minimum deposits and excluded-jurisdiction lists all move, and we would rather re-date a row than leave a stale one up.
- A coin a cashier takes or refuses. We deliberately publish no per-brand coin list because we have no citable source for one. If you have seen a cashier's actual deposit screen, that is first-hand information and we want it, with the date.
- A jurisdiction list that does not match what an operator told you. If a book accepted or refused your registration and our table says otherwise, tell us, with the date.
- A factual error about a network. Block intervals, confirmation requirements and fee mechanics are checkable, so if something here is wrong about a protocol, cite it and we will fix it.
- Corrections to an author page or a rating. Including from operators, who are welcome to dispute a rating on the published criteria.
What we cannot help with
- A deposit sent to the wrong network or the wrong address. This is the message we most wish we could answer. We cannot. A transaction confirmed to an address nobody controls is not recoverable by us, by the sportsbook, or by anyone else, and any service claiming it can reverse one for a fee is a further loss.
- Account problems at an operator. We are not an operator, we hold no accounts on your behalf, and we cannot see your balance, your bonus or your verification status. The escalation route that does work starts with the operator's own complaints contact and ends with its licensing body.
- Legal or tax advice. We describe how the rules are written. What they mean for your return is a question for a professional in your state.
- Requests to add or remove an operator on commercial grounds.
- Anything from anyone under 21. This site is not for you.
